Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may wish to cancel your order under certain circumstances. Please review our cancellation policy below:

• Same Day Cancellation:
  If you cancel your order on the same day of placing the order, 2.5% of the total product value will be deducted as processing charges. The remaining amount will be refunded or adjusted accordingly.

• Next Day or After Dispatch:
  If the cancellation request is made after the same day or once the parcel has been dispatched, 5% of the total order value will be charged as cancellation fees.

• No Cancellation After Delivery:
  Once the order is delivered, it cannot be canceled. However, you can opt for an exchange as per our Exchange Policy.
