Exchange Policy
At Tilton, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. However, in case you wish to exchange a product, please go through our exchange guidelines below:

Exchange Only – No Refunds:
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only product exchange is allowed as per the conditions mentioned. -
Return Parcel to be Sent by Customer:
Customers are required to send the return parcel to our warehouse address on their own. The shipping cost for the return must be borne by the customer. -
Pickup by Us (Optional):
If the customer opts for pickup service arranged by us, the pickup charges will be added to the exchange process and must be paid by the customer in advance. -
Eligibility for Exchange:
Once we receive the returned parcel, our team will conduct a thorough quality check to verify the product condition:-
The product should be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

The original product we sent must match the returned item.

The tags and packaging must be intact.

Dispatch of New Product:
After successful verification of the returned product, the replacement item will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2–4 business days. -
Non-Eligible Returns:
Any returned product that fails the quality check or is not the original item sent will not be eligible for exchange, and no further actions will be taken.
