At Tilton, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. However, in case you wish to exchange a product, please go through our exchange guidelines below:

  • Exchange Only – No Refunds:
    We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only product exchange is allowed as per the conditions mentioned.

  • Return Parcel to be Sent by Customer:
    Customers are required to send the return parcel to our warehouse address on their own. The shipping cost for the return must be borne by the customer.

  • Pickup by Us (Optional):
    If the customer opts for pickup service arranged by us, the pickup charges will be added to the exchange process and must be paid by the customer in advance.

  • Eligibility for Exchange:
    Once we receive the returned parcel, our team will conduct a thorough quality check to verify the product condition:

    • The product should be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

    • The original product we sent must match the returned item.

    • The tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Dispatch of New Product:
    After successful verification of the returned product, the replacement item will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2–4 business days.

  • Non-Eligible Returns:
    Any returned product that fails the quality check or is not the original item sent will not be eligible for exchange, and no further actions will be taken.
